Biography

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalto University. My research interests lie in metric geometry, functional analysis, and optimization. The main goal of my research is to develop iterative methods for optimization problems in metric structures. My work is fully funded by the Emil Aaltonen Foundation (2022 - 2023).

Previously, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the TROPICAL team at Inria Saclay and the École Polytechnique. My work was fully funded by the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters (2020 - 2022).

I earned a doctorate in mathematics from Aalto University in 2019. My doctoral dissertation titled Metric compactification of Banach spaces was supervised by Anders Karlsson of the University of Geneva together with Kalle Kytölä and Olavi Nevanlinna of Aalto University.
